Working with Scott Osborn, on behalf of TH Real Estate. We helped deliver HUT Architecture‘s concept of the building services to this refurbished London office building. The works involved repairing existing walls, mechanical & electrical installations and altering the structure in order to give the basement and ground floor level offices an open plan look.
