Toilets

Cat B fit-out

Cat B comes after a Cat A fit out, focusing on the interior design which is why it is normally left to the tenant to install. As it is tailored to the individual needs of the business.

These fit outs incorporate the things that make a space functional, whether that be meeting rooms, break rooms or workstations.

Kitchen area

Floor finishes

Furniture

Partitions and doors, including breakout spaces

Small power to desks

IT installation

Brand detailing and décor
