Migration Phase 4 Works

This webpage is intended for the Leaseholders of Cranmer Court, to provide information on the internal and main pipework replacement works, for the new heating and hot/cold water system. QuinnRoss Consultants have been appointed as the Building Services Engineers for this project.

Otherwise we will contact you to arrange a meeting to discuss your works, alternatively we can arrange for a telephone conversation if you are unavailable for an on site meeting.

We will carry out a survey of your flat; if the Leaseholder is unavailable we can gain access via the porters, if this is acceptable by agreement.

We will complete the drawing and issue it for comment to the Leaseholder.

We will incorporate any comments made on the drawing and issue the construction drawing once we have received the Leaseholder’s Application for Alteration Level 6.
