This webpage is intended for the Leaseholders of Cranmer Court, to provide information on the internal and main pipework replacement works, for the new heating and hot/cold water system. QuinnRoss Consultants have been appointed as the Building Services Engineers for this project.

Due to a new heating and hot/cold water system being installed at Cranmer Court, new pipework has to be installed within your flat(s) to connect into the new system. QuinnRoss Consultants have been instructed by The Board Of Directors to design the internal pipework drawings and heat loss calculations for all the flats at no charge to the Leaseholder.

As you are aware, we have been carrying out surveys of all the flats for us to complete the pipework design pack for you.

If you have had your pipework installed before QuinnRoss were involved, we will be arranging meetings during 2020 with the Leaseholder and their builder and/or plumber to discuss their works and access what has been installed.
