Upon arrival, visitors are welcomed into a spacious 1,622 sq. ft open-plan reception lounge complete with a concierge service, setting the tone for the sophisticated and professional environment within.

Designed with today’s professionals in mind, the building offers elegantly crafted bathrooms, featuring seven showers and 58 lockers, combining style with everyday functionality and wellness.

Throughout the project, QuinnRoss played a key role on behalf of Tikehau and Best Star Real Estate, working as part of the client team from the project’s inception. Their strategic guidance and continued involvement were instrumental in shaping the final vision of The Metcalf, ensuring both design integrity and delivery excellence.
